[Original caption] Punjab Club, Lahore. There aremany fine buildings in the modern part of the City of Lahore, while the picturesque old town with its balconies, projecting oriel windows, and irregular buildings will delight the artist. The stately Punjab Club is on the west side of the Mall, going east from Charing Cross where the Jubilee statue of Queen Victoria stands at the crossroads. [end]

Today the building houses the National School of Public Policy (NSPP) Pakistan, while the Punjab Club, survives on other, more modest premises.
