The Round Temple of Mumbai is also known as the Gol Dewal, on what is now Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rd. It is also famous for the stone market situated on both sides of it. This market is considered the city's oldest. From this market, a wide variety of stones can be bought to furnish a a home. Note the wires above the temple in the frame.

This is a rather unusual type of postcard. It is in an embossed frame, says "This is a real photograph" on the back, and was apparently hand-tinted.
