It is surprising how many brand's have survived since the turn of the century, Colman's Mustard of Norwich in the UK being part of a group that includes Lipton's, Nestle and Singer. In this case, the card is celebrating the launching of a loaded boat towards ships waiting off the stormy seas in Pondicherry [now Puducherry], the former French colony south of Chennai.

Colman's, established in 1814 was bought by Unilever in 1995, but this has not yet ended the brand.
