The fall looks like it will be very busy with Paper Jewels-related talks in three continents.
On Sept. 10, Omar Khan spoke at the University of California, Berkeley Institute of South Asia Studies with a slide show on Postcards of the Raj.
A month later, he was part of the panel Postcards: Unique and Overlooked Sources of Historical Material and Insights at the University of Wisconsin, Madison's Annual Conference on South Asia together with Dr. Catharine Asher (Chair), Sandria B. Freitag, Aditi Chandra, Allan Life on October 19th at 10:30 am.
A week later, on Oct. 26th Omar Khan spoke at the British Library as part of the Lahore Literary Festival London. The following month, in Lahore he speaks at the Faiz Amn Festival on November 17, 2019. Stay tuned for details.
