Indian Pavilion from Lake

The Indian Pavilion was one of the larger country pavilions at the 1924 British Empire Exhibition held in Wembley, London. Ernest Coffin (1868-1944) was a British artist and illustrator active in the early 20th century. He gained recognition for his work during the 1920s and 1930s, particularly in the realm of poster art and lithography. He created a series of 10 lithographs in color for the Empire Exhibition and have since become collectible items.
